PRIVACY POLICY We value your privacy. We will never share, sell, or disclose in any way the information given to us by our customers. RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY Defective products: On most products, we will accept returns of defective product for replacement for up to 90 days after the date of the invoice. Please test the product(s) before returning to us. Many items shipped back to us as defective work fine; sometimes it is simply reading the directions and practicing the techinques described. If an item is returned to us and found to be working the customer will have to pay return shipping charges. Also the item must not show signs of abuse or misuse and all parts and accessories must be included. Exchanges: We will accept all defective products back for exchange for the same product within 30 days after the date of the invoice. Returns: We will accept product back for a refund within 30 days after the date of the invoice with a 30% restocking fee. Please note that this does not apply to all of our products. Certain items can not be returned for example Magic Tricks (once the secret is revealed it can not be returned).
